The USD/CNY is lower; tracking losses in the central parity. The pair is at 6.3256 vs 6.3279 late Monday, after the fixing falls to 6.3077 from 6.3166 Monday. Still, the pair has strong support, "the non-American currencies are generally weak (after the past few sessions of USD strengthening) and we still see dollar demand in the market," says a Shanghai-based foreign bank trader. Offshore, one-year USD/CNY NDFs are down at 6.3820/6.3850 from 6.3850/6.3880 late Monday.
