EUR May Start To Unwind Gains -Standard Bank

EUR may start to unwind gains says Standard Bank as overnight success and Germany's acquiescence on the ESM will be replaced by Germany's determination to ensure EU pressure for a single bond market doesn't gain a significant foothold. "That may start to unwind some of the strength that we have seen in the euro. We continue to target the euro to fall to 1.15 and we won't change this forecast--at least to the upside--whatever the outcome of the summit," says analyst Steven Barrow. EUR/USD is already off its overnight high of 1.2628, now trading at 1.2569.
