The NZD/USD is strengthening as the EUR/USD adds to its gains, says ANZ Foreign Exchange Manager Murray Hindley. He says stop-loss buying on EUR/USD kicked in around 1.2510 and the pair is now at 1.2528. A positive start to most Asian equity markets is also helping shore up risk appetite, Hindley says. The NZD/USD is at 0.7595 versus 0.7564 early in New Zealand. Hindley says it will face resistance around 0.7620.
