US Manufacturing Still Contracting in July -ISM

US PMI follows other indexes showing global manufacturing hit a brick wall in July. ISM's PMI stays contractionary at 49.8 in July, from 49.7 in June. New orders still contracting as export demand falls off at a quickening pace.
