The Danish Krone is a special case, Danske Bank says, because if Denmark has a currency outflow that sees DKK weaken against EUR, the Danish central bank will first intervene in the market and then hike interest rates. Danske Bank notes the Danish financial newspaper Borsen runs a story Friday that rate hikes in Denmark are imminent. EUR/DKK currently trades around 7.4565, its highest since July 2011.
