Euro Overnight Index Average fixed lower Monday at 0.089%, versus Friday's 0.095%. The interbank overnight rate is trading Tuesday with a wider spread, between negative 0.02% and positive 0.13%, versus 0.01% and 0.11% Monday. The bid practices of most banks have not changed since the ECB's decision to begin a potentially unlimited bond-buying program, a trader says. "The market is still flooded with liquidity," he adds. Earlier Tuesday, 3-month Euribor fixed at 0.244%, versus 0.248% Monday.
