Fed Bond-Buying Plan Could Sway Mexico -Carstens

The head of Mexico's central bank says he's waiting to observe the impact of the Fed's bond-buying plan before deciding which way Mexico's rates ought to move. It's "too early" to call for looser monetary policy in Mexico, says Bank of Mexico Gov. Agustin Carstens, and yet the bank is determined to take a "stronger" stance should inflation spike, he says.
