Birthday: Amazon's Kindle is five years old!

The launch of the Kindle Paperwhite coincides with the fifth anniversary of the eBook reader from Amazon. The first reader for electronic books from the year 2007 until now followed ten other types.
Sold more eBooks than printed books
Appeared five years after the first Kindle on 22 November 2012 with the Kindle Paperwhite the latest eBook reader from Amazon. These two tablets are less bulky, offer higher screen resolutions, faster processors and some have a larger touch screen. The Fire HD 8.9, from which a LTE version exists, Amazon sold initially only in the United States.
Kindle everywhere
