ASIA OUTLOOK: Regional stock markets are likely biased up after stocks on Wall Street surged Friday, locking in their biggest weekly percentage gain in months. In FX markets, focus will fall on Greece as investors await fresh developments on a Greek aid deal; optimism that policy makers are making progress on several fronts in Europe's ongoing political and economic crisis pushed the EUR to its highest level against the USD since October on Friday. The EUR/USD is at 1.2970 from 1.2967 late Friday in New York, the EUR/JPY is at 106.82 from 106.96, and the USD/JPY is at 82.36 from 82.42. On the data slate there's the BOJ's policy meeting minutes at 2350 GMT, Thailand's October trade data at 0330 GMT and Singapore's October industrial production at 0500 GMT. In the U.S. there's the Chicago Fed's October national activity index and the Texas manufacturing outlook survey for November.
