France's two-year funding cost hits a record low at Thursday's bond auction, with the average yield on the September 2014 BTAN falling to 0.10% from 0.19% at the previous auction in October. But 4Castweb analysts note that the yield, in the immediate aftermath of the auction, has bounced back up to 0.123%.
