Shania Twain

Country singer Shania Twain has a new job. As you already before Céline Dion, now also the 47-year old a permanent engagement in Las Vegas. Their first day of work she produced as spectacle - of which 40 horses have contributed.

For two years, Shania Twain will appear at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. They will sing their old hits ("Man, I feel like a woman") and try to enthuse the audience for their new songs. The show is called "Shania: Still the One" and on 1 December Premiere celebrate.

But her first day, the 47-year-old country singer has already gone, so a huge show will finally be rehearsed. It did not appear just like Twain at Caesars Palace, said "Hi" and went to work. No, from its beginning, she made a grand entrance.
On a horse came Twain the famous Las Vegas Strip along ridden in tow she had 39 more animals. Hundreds of fans stood in front of their future workplace and cheered Twain.

At Caesars Palace before Twain came forward to other music stars. For example, Celine Dion from 2003 to 2007, had a contract with the hotel, they gave five concerts a week. Even Frank Sinatra, David Copperfield, Cher, Elton John and the Pussycat Dolls have performed on the stage in Las Vegas.

The Canadian Twain is worldwide with more than 75 million albums sold, one of the most successful female country stars of all time. In recent years, however, she has to get by Taylor Swift younger competitors. Still, the 22-year-old Swift described Twain as her idol.
