Taiwan Govt Bonds Tad Up; 10-yr Yld Floor At 1.1300%

Taiwan government bonds are slightly higher amid weak risk appetite due to uncertainty over the outcome of the U.S. presidential election, says a local trader. "There is also some bargain hunting as selling pressure has eased following recent losses in local bonds," he adds. The most-traded 10-year yield is at 1.1350%, down from 1.1403% late Tuesday in Taipei; he tips the yield to trade in a 1.1300%-1.1400% band for the session. The five-year yield is at 0.8835% vs 0.8870%.
