The USD/HKD is a tad higher after Hong Kong's Financial Secretary John Tsang reiterated Wednesday that there will be no change to the linked exchange rate regime, says a senior trader at a Chinese bank. The pair is at 7.7510, up from 7.7505 late Wednesday in Asia. The trader tips the pair to skew upward in a 7.7506-7.7517 range in the near term.
