Draghi Unlikely To Say Much On Rates Friday - Mizuho

ECB President Mario Draghi is scheduled to speak later Friday, and markets will pay attention as his remarks overnight boosted speculation over the possibility of further ECB rate cuts. But Mizuho Corporate Bank's senior dealer Dai Sato does not expect Draghi to say much this time, leaving the EUR/USD quiet before the U.S. jobs data due later in this global day. Yesterday we saw "Draghi magic--moving markets by only saying. And you know, the secret of magic is not to reveal your secrets. So he won't say much about it," he says. The pair is at 1.2968.
