EUR/USD is still making lower highs notes RBS and while that remains the case it will weigh heavily when the downtrend returns. Now at 1.3090; the bank says the important levels topside are last week's high of 1.3124, the October 15 high of 1.3137 and the September 17 high of 1.3172.
