The panorama for Peru's economy looks positive for the next few months, and Banco de Credito says that will likely mean an increase in its 6.1% GDP-growth forecast for 2012. The bank, Peru's largest, says July's GDP number could be the highest so far this year, based on leading indicators already released and due to a statistical boost tied to a greater number of working days in July this year. Data are due Monday.
