Euro Gets Bounce From German Foreign Minister

Investors continue to shed the dollar and push the euro and yen to multimonth highs against the greenback after Germany's foreign minister says he expects the country's constitutional court to give a pro-European decision in its ruling on the ESM Wednesday. The euro has jumped above $1.2825 for the first time since May 15 and is trading at $1.2830, according to EBS via CQG. The dollar, meanwhile, briefly fell below Y77.90 for the first time since June 1.
