Bunds Bounce Back into Positive Territory

Bunds bounce back into positive territory and recoup most of Thursday's losses at the start of trade. Asian stock markets are mixed overnight, while 10-year US Treasurys yields fall to the lows last seen two months ago. Friday's economic calendar is quiet, with only euro-zone current account and trade data for September out this morning at 0900 GMT and 1000 GMT, respectively. The ECB's Carlos Costa speaks at a conference in Lisbon at 0930 GMT and Jens Weidmann speaks at a conference in Berlin at 1030 GMT. There is no euro-zone supply Friday, but details of the French T-bill auction on Nov. 19 and the Spanish bond sale on Nov. 22 are scheduled to be announced at 1000 GMT and 1300 GMT, respectively. The December contract is 0.15 to the good at 143.28 and the 10-year cash yields 1.33%.
