Bounce In NZD/USD After Break Above 0.7600 - ANZ

A bounce seems to be underway in the NZD/USD after it chipped its way back above 0.7600 overnight, says ANZ in its morning brief. "An extremely quiet day in terms of both data and headlines, with supportive comments by policymakers contributing to some improvement in sentiment." ANZ says comments include Finance Minister Schaeuble's vow that Germany will do everything necessary to keep Greece in the EUR and will consider ways to bolster anemic European economic growth. The pair is at 0.7648 vs 0.7597 late Monday. ANZ adds the RBNZ inflation expectations data due out at 0300 GMT could provide some direction for the pair this afternoon. The pair are expected to trade within a short term range of 0.7580 - 0.7650.
